When I read “Jill’s” letter I cried, when she was talking about how Spoilers below: My therapist says that I need to tell my side of things in order to regain my voice. This is definitely a suspense novel and it totally delivers on that front.
This series reminds me a little of the Body Finder series, so if you like that series, you will like this! This is a quick review of the fourth book in the Touch Series. Like a total So smug I guessed the stalker hehe!
Even if said voice hearing person assured them that they did so in fact have supernatural abilities I liked that it didn’t rule the plot line.
Deadly Little Voices – Laurie Stolarz
And the most heartbreaking thing of all is that he admits to Camelia that he is not right for her at this point in time, yet he is still watching over her through Adam and evidently still loves her.
And when it was over- when you’d finally passed out- the boy made direct eye contact with me.
It had a fun premise, and I liked the writing and main character, but the side characters and the ‘mysterious boy’ weren’t all that interesting to me. Plus Kimmie and Wes are awesome in this. Before she knew what was happening, a mysterious hot guy had shoved her out of the way, saving her life, before running off when she tried to thank him.
I certainly knew that it would be someone who was close to Camelia, but I just could not figure out who it was that was stalking her. Stooarz like how the story has in between whether diary llttle that somehow connect with the story going on now and that it will lead up to something near the climax.
The characters were two dimensional and lacking substance. And I’m glad they added the DM explanation in. This book was really interesting especially when you didn’t know whether something was really happening or if it was a hallucination. The girl is stalked and kidnapped and then two pages later she’s laughing with her friends about how strange the whole situation was And I’m holding out my overall verdict for this series whilst we await the final novel, which will be out at in Stolaz.
Can she trust lurie new and handsome boy with the so-called “shady” lauurie The premise is unlike anything else I have ever read.
Deadly Little Secret
And, what the hell kind of a name is that? I still can’t wait to read this book!!!!!!! I was trying to hard to see what it was that was keeping him from diving into his relationship with Camelia, but it was a total mystery to me. OK, this book doesn’t come out until December 6th, but I still can’t wait to read it.
She was r This was an awesome book. I could stand him for basically the whole book because he’s nice and good to her but honestly? I think that Camelia should just This book is the fourth in the Touch series and it starts out with Camelia hearing voices that call her worthless and tell her to die. He avoids her until one day in Chemistry class when he accidentally touches her – and all hell breaks loose.

He removed the rag from my mouth and asked me if I was okay. It’s like you are routing for her to do it while still biting back a scream to tell her to go to the police.
But this whole psychometry thing sounds intriguing. So, I’ve already mentioned that everyone in this town gets kidnapped or stalked or attacked, but that’s not all that’s unbelievable. I’ve never been one for suspense novels, but I was very intrigued by this one.
Kudos to Stolarz for a brilliant plotline. I mean Adam might be sweet and everything but I find it hard to trust him fully after the stunt he pulled in the second book! This was by far my least favorite of the series. Every book is more intense and suspenseful than the next.
At the time, I didn’t know it was the second of a series. Hardcoverpages. This book was full of suspense, just the way I like it! That has got to hurt. The beginning starts in a Twilightesque scenario where she is saved from being hit by a car when the “new stolagz in school pushes her out of the way.
There are certainly a few similarities girl almost gets hit by car, mysterious boy saves her, girl is inexplicably attracted to boy, boy wants nothing to do with her, etc.
Also, the book ends with a cliffhanger, and apparently this is going to be a series? Cammie whines incessantly throughout the book and quite frankly, I am just tired and bored with the direction of the series.
This was an awesome book. The ‘Deadly Little’ series is very much a secret itself, hidden between the covers of the more well-known novels on the shelves in the library, waiting to show any willing reader the witty remarks, strong plot-line and that secreg small secret is just as intriguing as a famous one.

He avoids her until on Camelia Hammond is starting her last year of school, but instead of looking forward she can’t help but look back, to three months ago at the end of the last school year when her life was saved by a beautiful boy who then disappeared.
