Must I say – I love when there is a twist in vampire stories. Crave felt more like a book I have already read a couple times before and for some reason I just couldn’t find my groove amongst the words and characters.

For the first half, clueless me sat there wondering, “where’s the action? On to the Negative. First of all, the rhe characters are freshman in HS, which is a much younger character set than I’m used to reading. Isn’t that such a typical little Southern-esque name? There are so many things that need to be explained and Darnell does so effortlessly, never bogging down the story or forcing the issues. I was really really interested in this whole aspect of the story.

It was not horrible, but it was very boring and bland. The writing was fun and me,issa supporting characters — while not in the book a lot — still have plenty of dimension to them. Like Liked by 1 person.

I liked the idea that these characters are both supernatural creatures and can pretty much hold their own against the other. It was a bit too long for me, and some of the events were a bit of a stretch. Nix s Books and More.
